If you're adding in-stock items AND a custom bow order, personalisation, or pre-ordered items to your cart, you can select to have your in-stock items shipped now, and your customs/pre-orders shipped later with our split delivery option.
You can choose to have your second parcel shipped via these Australia Post options:
- Parcel Post: tracked, please check the Australia Post website for delivery timeframes from postcode 6172. This is on top of the production time for your custom order. Generally, it's about 5-8 business days Australia-wide.
- Express Post: tracked, please check the Australia Post website for delivery timeframes from postcode 6172. This is on top of the production time for your custom order. Generally, it's about 1-3 business days Australia-wide.
- XS Large Letter: there are strict size limitations on the XS parcel - your product/s need to be able to be shipped flat, in a box that is less than 2cm thick. Please keep this in mind when choosing this option; the "safe" option is to select Parcel or Express Post. This is an untracked letter service. Generally, it's about 2-3 weeks for letters to arrive Australia-wide.
- Courier: tracked. Although our couriers tend to estimate an overnight delivery, there are current restrictions in place due to Covid-19. Please get in touch with us if you have questions about our courier choices in relation to your order.

- Valid for registered schools, clubs, and community organisations with a pre-arranged date set up.
- The free delivery activates (and the school's fundraising amounts are allocated) when the special Delivery Fundraising Code (found on the banner at the top of the school's page) is added in the Checkout as the "Fundraising Code".
- Orders will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery date (see your school's parents association for details).
- On the Cart Page: please be sure to add in your child's name, class ID, and school name so your P&C can deliver to you.

Make sure you head to Shop by School to find your school's logo or name. You'll find your Fundraising Code listed on the page: just be sure that it's showing in the Checkout in the "Fundraising Code" box. You can shop our entire store, and at the end of term, we'll send them 20% of the sales value (Excl. T-shirts)(Sales value = order value minus fees and charges eg. taxes, discounts, shipping fees)
Products to suit your uniform are listed by colour. Just choose a colour from your school's page, and shop the huge range that's available to match your uniform.
Your school may have a free "deliver to school" limited offer active. If so, a gold banner will be showing at the top of your page. Click to activate! Ask your P&C/P&F for details!
In many cases, we're in-stock and ready to ship next business day. If you've selected a custom item, or an item that is out of stock, the following information about "Pre-Orders" is important:
- All pre-orders are accepted with a non-refundable pre-payment.
- Items are manufactured to demand, with up to a 4-8 week turnaround + shipping to your door.
- Although we always quote 4-8 weeks, it is likely your items will be with you well within this time period. We're much happier to be "safe than sorry"!
- Pre-orders are signified by the "Add to cart" button being replaced by a "Pre-Order" button, as well as notifications relating to timeframes that pop-up on the Product Page/s, and on the Cart Page, to ensure it's clear that there may be a wait for these items.
- If you have any questions about your order, please reply to your Order Confirmation email (that way we have your order specifics handy!), and we'll be most happy to help!
- SHIPPING: If you've added other items to your cart that are in-stock now, we'll be in touch to see whether you want us to ship everything together, or add in a second shipping fee. As a default option, we will post your order once everything is in-stock.
