You'll find us on the corner of Paxton and Toynbee Way.
There's a big white sign for building number 21.
We're unit 4, and have signs for Ponytails and Fairytales and Silicone Beads Australia on the door.

Order Collection: Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm
Your order will be ready once you receive the shipping confirmation from us by email.
Your order will be inside the cube box labelled "Ponytails" to the right of the entry.
Please provide your name and order number for assistance in finding your parcel 
(note: if you need to speak with a Ponytails staff member, let the team downstairs know and they'll grab us for you!)
